Shipping costs for Spain and Portugal: €75.00 excluding VAT
Shipping costs for the rest of Europe: €200.00 excluding VAT
Shipping costs to other countries worldwide: €300.00 excluding VAT
As soon as your package has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number from us that will allow you to follow your order. In case of a failed delivery, the courier will try to deliver your package again the next day if you are not at home. You can also use a pickup point to collect your package.

complying with European and Spanish consumer protection regulations.
Legal Warranty
All our products come with a two-year legal warranty, in accordance with current legislation
in the European Union and Spain. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects that
appear in the product during this period.
In case of defect, you can request:
- Free repair of the product.
- Replacement of the product.
- Price reduction.
- Contract termination with full refund.
These solutions are offered at no additional cost and within a reasonable time frame.

Return Policy and Right of Withdrawal
If you purchased online (at a distance), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase
within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product.

Return Conditions:
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- All accessories and documentation must be included.
- Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, except in cases of defective product or error on our part.
- Refunds will be made within a maximum of 14 days after receiving the product and verifying its condition.
Exceptions: Returns of used, personalized, or custom-made products will not be accepted.
